What programs does Flex offer?
Girls flag football tryouts, travel teams, and training classes. Current openings and age groups should be confirmed with the coaching staff.
Where is the program based?
Flex Premier Elite is based in the Coachella Valley. Confirm the specific field and time for your tryout, practice, or training session before arriving.

Meet your director & coach
Keith
Rouzan.
FLEX PREMIER ELITE · DIRECTOR & COACH
Coach Keith Rouzan is the Director of Flex and brings over 20 years of flag football coaching experience to the program. He is dedicated to helping young athletes develop their game and grow together as a team.
Originally from New Orleans, Keith serves as Program Director at YMCA of the Desert and leads the Shadow Hills High School girls flag football program.
At Flex Premier Elite, his focus is on skill development, confidence, teamwork, and building a sisterhood that athletes can carry beyond the field.
